Here is my all time favorite smoothie! It’s easy and tasty and perfect as breakfast when you don’t have the time or the appetite for anything else.
- 2 bananas
- 2 avocados
- 1 dl oats
- 2 teaspoons of Reneé Voltaire’s Green Cleanse (Chlorella, wheatgrass, ginger)
- A pinch of raw cacao nibs, chia seeds and hemp seeds.
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon hemp protein powder
- 1 dl frozen or fresh spinach
- 3 dl berries of choice (I prefer raspberries and blueberries)
- Water after desired consistency
Just add whatever you prefer and mix! The amount may vary, depends on how you like your smoothie.
