Fresh watermelon smoothie

Summer is here! 

To celebrate I made a lovely smoothie/drink using only fruits which I enjoyed in the morning sunshine. Fresh and cool to have when it gets hot! 


2 servings

  • 800g-1kg watermelon (half of a small one)
  • 1/2 lime
  • A couple leaves of mint (after taste)
  • A bit of fresh ginger (about 1-2 cm)
  • 2 dl Frozen mango
  • Ice


  • Cut the melon into smaller parts and add to your blender/ mixer. 
  • Cut a lime into half and squeeze the juice over the melons. Add your mint and ginger.
  • Add the frozen mango and blend! You may need something to push down the mango with so that it blends properly.
  • Add ice after preferred texture and taste.
